By accessing or using MoneyMindedMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MoneyMindedMe is a personal budgeting tool that provides envelope-based budget tracking, bank statement import, and financial reporting. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
MoneyMindedMe is not a financial advisor, planner, or fiduciary. The Service provides budgeting tools only. Any financial decisions you make based on information from the Service are your own responsibility. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyMindedMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.
